Locked Down Entertainment is the perfect snapshot of Manila's music realm. Originally created to produce hip hop records, it eventually veered to managing and promoting other genres like rock, electronic, pop, and experimental. Its M.O. is all about putting out brilliantly crafted music no matter the genre.

Locked Down Entertainment founder Jigger Divina helped push records from local hip hop icons like Francis Magalona and Sun Valley Crew, but the independent music label proved that it's not pigeonholed by a single genre. Excellent releases by electronic duo Tarsius, experimental pop artist Toni B., alternative rock bands Ciudad and Basement Lung, and more give the label an unpredictably flavorful edge. Locked Down Entertainment's carefully curated label is easily one of the most exciting in the Philippine music circuit.

The label has a small dedicated team that provides everything from distribution, marketing to bookings. It also offers artist direct services to help its roster independently manage all aspects of their respective releases.
